USD 750 – EARLY BIRD fee (valid until 31st May 2025)
USD 850 – After 1st June 2025 and for non-members (who may become USG members for 2025 through this payment)

Surrounded by Medellín’s lush mountains and cultural richness, you’ll engage with inspiring leaders, ignite transformative ideas, and build a global network that uplifts and empowers.
This year, we warmly invite local and regional women entrepreneurs and impact investors to join both our community and the symposium. Through mentorship sessions, collaborative dialogues, and shared experiences, you’ll discover opportunities to expand your vision, grow your initiatives, and explore international pathways for learning and connection.

September 26th – Reconnecting & Experiencing the Community Power of Medellín
Registration: 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Optional activity: Visit to a local community – 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Evening: Official opening of the symposium – 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Locals will welcome us at the opening cocktail party
DAY 1 – September 27th – Experience Business & Community Soul in Colombia
Plenary opening at the Chamber of Commerce with women leading transformation in the health, fashion, tech, and tourism sectors, including Indigenous and Afro-descendant leaders
Knowledge Share Sessions
Lunch at the Table of Abundance
Business visit to Cantoalegre, where three generations of women have transformed lives through music in their work with children over the past 40 years (recipient of several Latin Grammy Awards)
Experience Pausa – a one-hour sound bath using unconventional instruments
Evening: Networking dinner
DAY 2 – September 28th – Confidant Council & Regenerative Business Inspiration
Morning: Confidant Council sessions (4 to 6 delegates per group) at Humanese, an oasis of nature within the city
Panel discussion: Social, ocean, and earth regeneration
During the breaks: Handicraft market at La Vendita Humanese, created by Carolina Daza.
Lunch featuring local products at Humanese
Afternoon: Business visit to Ecohome and meeting with Maritza López, a purpose-driven eco-entrepreneur and former COP16 closing plenary speaker
Dinner in the countryside
DAY 3 – September 29th – Empowering the Future: Education, Entrepreneurship & Community
Morning visit to Colegio Fontán and experience the Fontán System – a groundbreaking educational model that cultivates purpose, autonomy, and conscious leadership
“Paying It Forward” session – sharing of insights, expertise and business practices between delegates and local young people
Dynamic conversation amplifying women’s leadership in the digital, tech, and start-up ecosystems
Energizing lunch
Afternoon options: Free time or mentoring sessions in which symposium participants will mentor local women entrepreneurs from Medellín and the region—matched by expertise, interests, and identified needs in collaboration with the Chamber of Commerce.
Evening: Farewell Dinner & Awards Night at a special venue
